National Pub Poker League (NPPL) takes great care with the shipping of your order to ensure that it arrives in optimal condition. We use a Courier for all deliveries Australia Wide. Deliveries must be signed for, so if it is possible please get your order delivered were someone will be able to sign for your shipment during business hours. In the event that the parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left by the driver explaining how pickup can be arranged.
How much does freight cost, and how long will it take to be delivered?

We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavor to work with our delivery
partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.
National Pub Poker League (NPPL) will not refund goods unless they were
damaged or faulty when purchased, we do allow you to exchange items, please refer below.
National Pub Poker League (NPPL) will refund up to $AUD10.00 in delivery fees to
return damaged or faulty goods, the goods should be returned using the same
delivery service or better to ensure that the damaged goods do not get
further damaged when being returned. This will be refunded according to the
original method of payment.
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days
of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty
conditions for that product apply.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund
the original product price and delivery via the original method of payment.
Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your
replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at
our cost.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur
the delivery costs of returning the item to npplpoker.co.nz and a
handling fee will be applied (AUD$20.00) which will need to be paid before
we will send you back the item.
We can only refund your order if it has not yet shipped, once your order has left our warehouse we can no longer refund your order. Please note that almost all orders ship same day, so let our customer service know as soon as you are able if you wish to cancel your order.
If you have chosen the wrong item or some-one has brought you something similar, we will be happy to exchange it for you or offer you a gift voucher which is valid for 12 months. Please note: all exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.
